Next Steps

Student Information Form

Complete your Student Information form as soon as you are enrolled. Your will need to have your passport in front of you when you do so.

Liability Waiver

Complete your Liability Waiver form as soon as you are enrolled.

Travel Insurance

Purchase your Travel Insurance as soon as you are enrolled. Most providers require you to secure your Travel Insurance within 14 days of the first payment made on your trip.

The Elective deposit that you have already paid likely counts as your first payment. Ask your insurance provider how to add your flights and any other future travel elements to your policy.

Purchase your flights and anything else you need to get to your Elective. See below for detailed information on best airports to travel to/from your Elective, and other tips.

Travel Information Form

Complete your Travel Information Form as soon as you have your flights.

If you would like help making arrangements for transfer from your arrival airport to the hotel, be sure to check the box in this form no later than 30 days before your course start date.
If anything changes after you’ve filled out your forms, i.e., flight times, dietary information, etc., please contact us as soon as possible to let us know.
